Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only applicable in cases where services are not delivered or technical issues prevent activation.

Non-Refundable Services

The following are non-refundable:

  • Activated VPS plans
  • Activated Web Hosting accounts
  • Windows RDP services
  • Trial or promotional services

Refund Process

To request a refund, customers must contact support with valid order details. All refund requests are reviewed within 3–5 working days.

Return Policy

Since all services are digital, returns are not possible once the service has been delivered or activated.

Operational Hours

Refund requests and support handling are processed during:
09:00 AM – 05:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

Shipping Policy

All services are delivered digitally via email. No physical goods are shipped or delivered.
